Who are Investors in Property?
Investors in Property are the leading international agency specialising in the sales and marketing of ski property in the Alps. We have been selling ski chalets and apartments for over 40 years.
Our Managing Director, Simon Malster, qualified as a solicitor in 1978 and was a partner in a London legal practice for many years before forming Investors in Property.
He is now considered the foremost authority on ski property in the Alps and a leading expert in Swiss property law and is regularly quoted in the FT, New York Times and others, Simon has also been a successful developer himself and advised developers on numerous projects.
How did we get here?
We sold our first property in Villars in 1986 and soon started selling in the more famous Swiss resorts and in France.
We were one of the first agents to go online and the first UK agent to sell ski property in Austria. As we grew so did the developments we sold. In 2004 we promoted a new resort of over 750 apartments in Arc 1950. In the same year we partnered with a Swiss developer refurbishing and selling 18 old chalets in Saas Fee, We built and sold over 50 chalets in Les Collons and promoted them in Hong Kong, and Dubai.
