Victoria’s Restaurant in Rochester, Minnesota was born October 28th, 1997. Founded by Sid & Natalie Victoria and Sam & Maria Servin. We live, work and attend local schools right here in Rochester. We are passionate about serving fresh, scratch-made Italian favorites – All of our sauces are made in-house, as well as our pizza, desserts, and a few pastas.
